stairs up to the AT-4000

all the international airports have stairs that allow you to easly get to the at-4000 doors. I think that these stairs should be placed at nap so that people can more easly enter the plane

Yeah there is, it's at New Airport.
And yes, right now a helicopter spawns next to the doors of the AT-400, which makes it really hard to get in... stairs instead would be nice.
