Efe_Gulucan can't get in the game becuse a new modem

As i know efe swap the modem to a new one and he can't get in the game or web.
That's what he say to me in the gulucan web at forum:

Guys,as you know i have ban.My modem needed to repair and modem company gave me new modem.I tried to login server and it was succesful.But other day,i think admins remembered my name and i can not login to server , plus they banned me from Argonath Forum too.So i can not defence myself.They banned me from server for stupid reasons.As you know 5 months ago i writed on forum for my unban requests but nothing happened.I need your helps on forum and server.I want play again argonath.

what can you do so he can come back to the server he can't even get in the web O_0.
plz help him to solve the problem.
