Come online dude at evening and you relise that 80% server is blue names ,and not cause they love (rp) or they love cop job.

The money isn't a problem, i think the problem is the idea to make everybody can be cops, they're not trusted people so they must not have the rights to become cops, being cop isn't easy, you must be a professional to gain respect for SAPD that is why criminals doesn't respect cops or even fear them and by the way i heard in a movie that in my country when a cop arrests a drug dealer or someone doing illegal business he gets a new rank so what about a new rank for every suspect we arrest? I don't think it is a good idea so i think it is okay to gain a little bit more money, and it doesn't matter about the money because in the end it is just a game.
