Ive had this problem last time I installed it and now I just formatted my PC due to some corrupt files and after putting GTA SA and SAMP back on,
and its giving me that whole spamming thing when I try open SAMP, ive tried running in administrator and ALL Compatibility modes.
Seem to have solved the issue by reinstalling GTA numerous times.
