(SOLVED) Unable to remove/disable modifications.

A few months ago I installed this skin pack I found on the forums somewhere.. The only thing is: I can't remove them. I tried re-installing GTA:SA several times which didn't work, replacing gta3.img with the original file and I checked SAMI if there were any mods that I could uninstall.. I tried everything but they won't disappear and it's starting to annoy me. >.>

Try to install GTA in another place, like desktop, then I guess the mod should be removed, had this problem too a couple of days ago
