I think that we should have something to indicate we're on duty for this RP don't dm us..Because when i kick people for killing ad admin on duty,they get angry saying "how should we know u wasn't in the rp" e.t.c.At least an indication

Guess they shouldn't be randomly killing people anyway?

I have come across people using /c report when no admins are online, and thinking its actually heard. Well why not add a little message or something to indicate that they should use the report email

Yea, that'd be pretty good.

I think most are under the impression that the reports all get added to a continuous list which is then looked at.
Guess it is not like that.
