Idk why the hell some ppl cant stay CALM and listen to a speech....that results that a lack of respect towards the celebrated person.
I dont even know whats the use to bring a gun at a BIRTHDAY party.  Or even if you do, cant you just keep it away during the party to avoid such incidents ? 
  Srsly tonight's party went really bad....  I hope such incidents wont repeat.

Seriously, i was standing at one point and some suspected mexican randomly came to me and started punching me -.-" . But still i had a great time, especially when some of remaining people at Chilliada jumped with parachutes from it.

Absolutely.
In the party last year, there was obviously a few people who didn't follow the rules, but on the whole, people listened.
This time, I think that nearly half the server were messing around, and I find that massively disrespectful to Gandalf, the fact that they couldn't stop talking/messing around for 5 minutes, to listen to his speech.

I think it is the time to make a exam for new players after registering a new account to make sure that they are mature enough, know the basic rules and role play skills. And to make the same exam but harder for the current players and who doesn't pass it, He won't be able to join the server again.
