Illegal GTA IV ( Warning for mini-mods)

I sold my GTA DVD a few weeks ago not counting my game will break. Had to earn some quick money for something important, however, today I had screwed up the game copy, because it generated too many error codes upon launching as so as IV:MP did(messed with regedit)
I am cba to Google, tried with Windows Installer CleanUp, Total Uninstall, regedit, Your Uninstaller, CCleaner and even eRecovery of Acer, installing GFW, keeping it up, Disabling Internet, Disabling AV and IT security). Nothing.


The point is, I downloaded the game now as I cannot install it on a imaginary DVD. I am stuck on the TitleUpdate and UpdateTitle part.
It generates the well known code. Which I never had on the legal copy. (I had two copies as I had mentioned many times before. Illegal was for testing modifications).

I will upload the code in this box. All those who can help resolve this issue PM me, do not write here!

Problem solved. Created a test admin account. Reformatted PC and installed necessities.
