You are resisting arrest if you stop following the cop to the cell.
Where is it written that the investigation has to be done BEFORE jailing?

I hate to be rude, however you don't know the circumstances of this situation.  I was inside the police department having an investigation conducted.  Thus I followed the cop and was not resisting arrest.  Also, in real life, one doesn't get jailed for a full sentence before investigation.  This is a commonly known fact.  I'd truly appreciate it if you would stop commenting on this if you don't look at the facts and offer insight.  I know you are trying to defend Taylor, however please use relevant information.
