Geez dont format anything yet.....
When you go into your hard drive under my computer there should be a Program Files.old file. It has ALL your stuff from your previous windows. You can delete it by disc cleanup but first save all the files you want from your old program files into your new program files.
You can clean the system components as well

Delete System 32. May be a bit slow on next start up as it is adjusting to the new settings.
