The NinjaPie Bank is under ownership of the NinjaPie clan of which has existed since 2006.
We offer a very good service of loans to people who are in need of big money.
The bank has operated since 2010 in the State of Argonath RPG.
We also operate under the name of "Red County Bank",  we aim to please our customers in
these tough times by offering short loans of which  make our customers lives much easier,
with each of our loans we have a legally binding contract signed by both parties, the interest
rate is included and made clear, there are also other requirements our customers must meet
for us to help them.

We only serve people who are 1 months in the server and have a passport and a license.
 The maximum time we allow for you to pay is 1 month. The maximum amount we loan is $100k.
Our interest rate per week is only 10% of your loan, so for a whole month it'll be 40% in total. 
You should make sure you can pay back, if not you will be taken to court and fined $50,000, if you still cannot pay or refuse to pay your assets will be removed by the government.

We will not accept your request if you have another loan here or from somewhere else.
If you are known to have a bad track record you will not receive any funds.

Introduction[/u][/b][center]

This is notification for the economical court to recognize the legal agreements of the following contract between the NinjaPie Bank ltd and the customer Mr._________________.

The customer has requested the amount of $__________ (Argonath Dollars) as a loan from the NinjaPie Bank ltd.

[center][b][u]Agreements[/u][/b][/center]

The NinjaPie Bank ltd under ownership & management of [NP]Monte.Montague and the NinjaPie clan has offered to loan the customer the full amount on the following conditions / agreements.

The customer will pay the full loaned amount of $________ and 10% in interest per week of which the customer is in possession of the loaned money - the start of each week will count as 10% interest being charged.

The customer agrees to being prosecuted if he fails to pay back the loaned amount of money and interest that they will be fined $50,000.00, and will be forced ot pay back the loaned amount + interest after a court case.  The customer agrees that this $50,000.00 fine is non negotiable, and agrees to pay $50,000.00 further to the NinjaPie Bank ltd as a form of compensation.

The customer agrees to use the funds loaned for __________________________. The customer agrees if they do not use the loaned funds for the reason agreed above that they will pay $25,000.00 fine.

The customer understands and agrees to the above agreements / statements.

This contract & all its agreements and statements will now be in effect / true from the date of signing.
