Laptop heavy lagg problem.

Hello! I got a laptop HQ and for 2 and a half weeks ago my laptop charger was destroyed. I couldn't play, so I said I was going to be inactive until I received money to buy a new Charger. This Saturday I bought a new laptop charger and it worked! Thank god I thought and I found out that I didn't turn off my computer when this happen so it was in "Sleeping/Resume" mode.
When I log in to Argonath or any other server I got heavy laggs. I even tried to shut down my graphic, but it doesn't work. It didn't lagg before this happened.

Can you help me? Please !
