About the Pay'N'Spray idea... Couldn't it just cost less and give your car say 100 HPs? That way it isn't totaly fixed, but there's an implementation. About the fuel system... it's a good idea, maybe 1 fuel per minute, one dollar a gallon. It would make a nice place for players to have to go and hang out. The low cost would keep any mass profits out of the question.
