Rainmeter, help needed.

I just heard about one software called Rainmeter, and i downloaded it. Tried to use it, but i dont even understand a thing. I opened youtube to find the tutorial, but ended up like a cat. So, anyone here can give me the tutorial? Not video or anything, the tutorial, and if you got Rainmeter, show me and teach me how to use one. So maybe i can have cool desktop.
