We played a game that you do 2 dice runs and who gets highest dice wins.
So i won 5k from him and got 55k.
than he wanted 20k bet so i accepted the request.
i won 2 times 20k and he gave me the money.
But than he wanted 40k bet and we play like i give him money first and if he wins he keeps my 40k and if i win i get 80k from him so i win 40k total.
And i won this game he needed to send me 80k but than he said "your a nice guy sry" and logged off.
So he just scammed me and logged off :S

Did this gambling happen outside of a casino? if so then he did not commit rule-breaking.

Ok yes you shouldn't Discriminate against the way someone tries to Talk in game but you need to give people like that tips on how PROPER english is used i wouldnt want to work with someone who talked horrible English its like GTA IV Lil Jakob i have to mute the volume when i do a misson with him casu he NO spik Proper english man like his Answering machine "im busy call mah bah"

My Rules:You get /sus & you get out of your car and /gu ill give you like 25-60 Sec jailtime depending on why you got In trouble. but if you Elude and take the Chase to another Terrain or county and when you do stop you try and fight me if i catch you i will give you the Maxinum Jail Time
