History
1989, The Commission held peace with many gangs and mafia, and after we decided to make war on ML, the FBI shut it down. R.A.K decided to go underground after the fall of the Commission, and feeling unsafe. Many years have passed and now it is 1991, R.A.K feels safe to return from the darkness.

* Never tell the name of client you got contract from
* most important never kill another member of the agency even if a client asks you to
Correct way to complete a hit Correct way to complete a contract
* using the /ad command, always say something along the lines of this, need someone killed? Call the Agency
* When someone calls you, you always respond with first hello sir
* When you get the contract from the client remember the client's name, the name of the mark/target/hit and the fee, because you will need that stuff documented here
* When you are ready, announce that you have accepted the contract like this, Hit Contract confirmed ID # Fee $
* When you complete the hit take a screenshot with the F8 key, you will need this when posts in the Completed contracts part of forums
* After that you announce you have completed your contract by saying Hit Contract ID # Complete
* Call the client and make sure you get payed the money and when you do take another screenshot as well proving you have gotten money from them
