Can someone give me the official link to download photosHOP ? i mean a normal Photoshop and i can make signatures Throught .

Should work alright...my netbook can more-or-less handle it. Alternatively you could try Fireworks.

You could also try paint.net completely free and can be great when in the right hands.

If it mentions that then Photoshop or atleast that version with the link i posted will not work either.
