SAMP Problem [LOCK TOPIC]

Today,I came home from an exam and tried to run SAMP,
I dont know what the problem is (and i cant post screen because tinypic or imageshack arent responding for me...)

But no mainchat appears,and when i press t to turn on the chat menu,it appears on top of the screen,I'd really appreciate it if somebody helped me out

Another thing is that SAMP 0.3c is also not appearing while loading.. :/

Look,When i join the game,I connect as normal,but not text appears,and f7 doesnt fix the problem.
And when i press 't', the chatbox appears on the top of the screen,Help me plzzzzz

Hello.

I'm not so sure that this could be the reason but could you change your resolution to see if that resolves the issue. Just try it and see if it makes a difference.

Makes no difference...
It seems as though the screen has tilted or something.

I accidently deleted SAMP 0.3c and download the R3 version,which led to the problem.
It's fixed now.
