So here are some known facts already, shared before this trailer showed up
Looks like Ubisoft have been busy and are already working on the new AC game which is set to get an exclusive in the US Game Informer magazine on May 10th.  From what I have read there will be THREE PLAYABLE characters ... Altair, Ezio and Desmond.  It possible that we will return to the Crusades with Altair though this has yet to be confirmed.  A story posted by Game Informer doe smention that Ezio will travel to Constantinople (not Instanbul)  during the reign of the Ottoman Empire.  It's an entirely new area for the series in addition to having to play Ezio and Desmond.

The very first moment of the trailer, As Ezio Auditore is lying on the ground, with one of his hidden blades crushed by an enemy sword

A few seconds later, The grade of the camera shifts up, and you see a couple of soldiers, Soldiers of the borgia perhaps, but in the later screens it shows that there is a new person trying to get Ezio and the assasins guild

Ezio get's dragged up, Carried by the soldiers (Borgia or other), with no change to escape at this moment, he let's himself to be dragged

Surrounded by guards/soldiers. (As it's snowing, this trailer will be playing at the time of winter.

As the camera switches to another view, You see he is getting dragged forward, into a new part of the 'castle', It's cold weather, winter as you look at the buildings arround

The whole cinematic area changes to where Ezio is on a ship, Sailing for at this point unknown

Advanced a few seconds 10/15, The camera focusses on the lower part of ezio (waste and hands/arms), and You see ezio activating his Hidden blades

The game shifts to a further moment in the fight, while ezio is fighting he discovers another assassin at the right of him (in the trailer, it's left), This assasin is known as Altair from the past AC games

The strangest thing of it all is that, Altair is like invisible for the others arround him, he walks free and no one even touches him, Altair walks away

After this, you see Ezio turning arround and attacking the unknown man, The screen goes to the Assasins Creed Revelations Logo

THAT CASTLE ! holy shit it's from the first AC 1, See the part where he jumps down, the castle looks exactly the same, although it used to be in the desert, and now it is snowy, still, When he's getting carried out, you can see the training area where you could learn new moves, and the place where he jumps is like in the one of the prologue missions, where you sneak up to finish the siegeing army.
