SMF upgrade issue

Today I've upgraded my SMF from 1.1.11 to 2.0, and everything went ok.. except one thing...
After I press "New topic" I see that:

What should be near it?

If it was a mod, maybe It can't be 'read' by 2.0?

Take your favourite FTP client (I use FileZile) and chmod (edit permissions) and files to 775 (Tick all boxes on the top & second line and the left and right ones on the bottom line).

Any any mods that aren't compatible with 2.0 need to be disabled.
