Well I gotta admit that I meant lawful citizens or citizens who commits little minor crimes and tries to hide from the cops and I think that everybody got what I meant by reading the whole topic and thinking about it and it would be great if we think together to solve this problem.

There are no Citizen because being one is boring.
Simple.

In fact he's correct 100 percent. If the player doesn't use his mind to create his own imagination then there's no point of the following two words "role play" so we're going to help the other players by giving them tips about new jobs.

You can take the ideas from the second link and remember /me command is enough to role play just follow the rules

When I entered this topic, I thought "oh, here we go again".
Well, I will explain this to you. Argonath has a different cop system than every other servers which considers that you can go on copduty whenever you feel for it. You dont need a education, passport or anything. Kinda awesome, huh?
Well, of course it could be some corruption minding that ARPD Officers are not educated..
More than 80 percent of the citizens choose to evade from any crime and start moaning about it later(after evaded and was killed).
Everyone is moaning about a crime they didn't do, but when you choose to evade from the crime: fat ass eating hamburgers and didn't throw the paper in the trash" then your crime changes to "evadeing". This isn't scripted.
You really dont understand that you could do /gu, do you?
Anyways, the educated officers in the SAPD are creating academys for the ARPD officers, but they are free to choose if they want to in through that academy.
