Being ignored by admins

I tried changing my name to a more RP name, from V1p3r to Matt-Hiro, but i didn't know that the letters after "-" are not  used in the name. So the name automatcly changed to Matt and because it was already registered my password didn't save.(i can't login with my password ).
So i went back to V1p3r but i remade my account, so lost my citizenship and driver license.
I asked on in-game, but i was ignored. I asked what to do in my case, but no answer.
And this is not the first time. Last night was a total Dm on the server, i was carkilled, helikilled and DM-ed by a guy called Realdome, i reported him, yet no admin did anything, not even warn him. Then two noob cops started to /su me then kill me to make money. Admins didn't do anything, again.

Something has to be done.

PS: And, yes, there were admins on the server, i checked with /admins.

Ok, I think what is the best thing to ask a main admin to get your other password back with the passport, license, money and anything else you owned by PMing them on the forum or e-mail [email protected] and they should be able to fix your problem.

As for the dming and cops abusing stuff, it is hard for admins to answer every single report when the server is full and I must admit at certain times of the day there are admin shortages but it is a very busy job.

That wasn't possible because after i was helikilled as a aztecan, i spawned as a cop and was almost imediately attacked by the same person (on purpose) he stopped the car on me.

And it was not a question of answering to every single report. Realdome dm-ed and pissed many ppl, many reported him.
