[Loan Contract] $50k for [MoD]Brian

This contract is for future reference should court intervention be required. This loan agreement is made effective upon recognition by the Judicial System of Vice City, made between [VU]Stormeus (lender) and [MoD]Brian (borrower).

Contract Terms

• This loan of $50,000 is to be paid back by February 1^st, 2012 with no interest.
• If the loan payment is late, there will be a penalty of $25,000.
  • "Late" is defined as any payment two days after the due date, or if payment is never received.
• If the borrower fails to repay the loan, they will be sued in the Court of Vice City for the loaned amount and late fee, for a total of $75,000.

Borrower's Signature
The borrower, in order to receive the loan, must sign the contract (make a post) as follows:
