About most common questions :

Court branches : We will keep them low for the moment... 2 ... One for roleplay matters and one for serious matters. Basicly a civil court and a econo-crimino-supreme court if you are familiar with SA:MP.

Judges can be from law groups but cannot judge cases from such groups. For example FBI cannot judge FBI cases but can judge LCPD cases and vice-versa ..
