Few VERY IMPORTANT suggestions

Hi! At the outset, I want to say sorry for my rly bad english (esp. gramma).
I'm playing on Argonath server about 4days. Maybe its not too long, but i have some rly nice suggestions.

1. Salary of Police.
I'm Policeman ingame. I want to make some money with this job, but I cant! Everybody knows, that only about 1/20 suspects will surrend. They dont mind, that they will lose more money... it just doesnt matter for them. But not for us! 200$ for one dead suspect? Damn funny price! 1000$ for one arrested suspect? Good salary. If some1 dont want to surrend at begining of pursuit, he will run from cops long way! In this chase I, as Policeman, will lose my health, fuel and ammo. Ammo is for free now, but i dont want to think, how would it looks like in the future! Health: these burgers are damn expensive! Fuel: maybe not too expensive, but not too cheap also. So adding food+fuel i got about (or more!) 200$... It is fair? Even if it is below 200, how many suspect I have to chase to earn for some nice car! So my suggestion is: raise award for dead suspect to 500$. Optional: make something that will induce ppl to giving up.

2. Trust to Policemans in chase.
Today I had strange situation. First check /wanted like allways. Searching nearest suspect at the map. I saw Rami and I go there. When i came I saw 2 suspects and some their friends. One of suspects run away, but the second one was standing there like nothing happend. I shout: STOP AND GIVE UP, but he started to run away. So i started shooting to him! And surprisingly he reported me! One of admins (hAWK)  came there  and the still allive suspect and his friends started to shout: DeX3r is DMing! He started to shooting him and etc. Confused hAWK didnt know what to do with it. In the end, becouse of no proofs, he said: forogot about the case. So I said /s again "GIVE UP now, or i will kill you"  but suspect entered the heli and started to insult me...
I think its a game and we all come here for fun! Why should we insult each other and break obvious and very fair rules?

3. Bank.
I heard about Bank. Excited i went there and make account... And it was a very big mistake. 5k for didnt working account? Bring ye the fee! I hear also about ppl who put money in the Bank and cant draw them! Idk why Bank isnt just closed as long, as its bugged!

Its not all my suggestion but i only chose the most important.

I have a bad day today or what?
I was hunting some suspect and we make blocked him. I was siting in my car and didnt even move. Then, Philip... sth (not admin, this second one, policeman) killed innocted civilian crushing him on my trunk. AND I HAVE PAID 1000$ FEE!!!! Its ridiculous!!
Also some admins pmed me saying "dont abuse /su" WTF? I didnt even use this in last 15min!

I rly like this server, but after cases like this i just dont want to play anymore sometimes.

This is a roleplay server. NOT a Cops 'n' Robbers server! You're not supposed to be hunting suspects, you're supposed to serve the innocent! Go patrol, and if you happen to cross paths with a suspect, sure, feel free to chase him!

You Are the Cop If you want to drive away when you see An Criminal Its up To you, Or You can try to make this Crinminal person Surrender and Drive him to the police station and Put him in Jail.
And if he refuses and evade from you i suggest you hunt him down and kill him both this things will get you Money Jailing will get you earn More than just kill him.

And All needed commands for this Type of Roleplay cop can be finded ingame and remeber your biggest Way to play and have fun is in your head and imagenation good luck

The Rami case.
Well when you were reported by Rami for DM I teleported to you and froze you two as you remember. The fact that you both escaped without consequences is due to lack of evidence. Martin_Scott and RaFu confirmed the you haven't asked the suspect (Rami) to surrender. I know that they can sympathy a gangmate but at all I need solid evidence to take any actions. I suspect that the "Give up!" message you sent him didn't reach Rami neither Martin or RaFu because you probably used the local chat.

Gang mambers or not, i m always objective in my judgement. I will never report without reason..... why should i ?

And this is why i reported it at first place. Rami showed no resistance UNTIL the cop started shooting him. When first shot were fired he even crouched but the fire was not stopped. So its natural he fired back.

1. The difference is high so that cops will try their best to take a suspect to jail instead of killing. For suspects there should be a similar incentive (have to check on that) to let them consider being jailed instead of killed.

2. If a suspect runs you have to ask them to surrender once. If they continue running, you have all rights to shoot at them.
