I think /speed should be used by everyone, not only cops.
Sometimes in driving lessons you need to check your student's driving speed. And also for other stuff, just like /wanted.

Before allowing cops to use it, first it should be tested on reliability.
In MTA:VC, VC:MP, SA:MP and MTA:SA there has never been a reliable speed check...

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

I don't totally agree. Teaching drivers should be able to use /speed, that's for sure. But what need does a civilian have to know other players's speed ?...
So I think it should be added to driving teachers but that's all.
