Her CIA has always been and always will be professional. Unfortunately I can't speak on behalf of the previous/latter CIA's that weren't under her command, but that's likely where you saw those names at.

An unorganized system is a failure. It won't do any good. Gang members are also a major fail. I don't allow anyone who is in a gang/mafia/illegal faction to be within the CIA until atleast a month of departure, and depending on their criminal record too of course. We maintain a professional attitude with top-notch members, as in my previous CIA.


Also note that we have added ALL servers to our jurisdiction listing. Not just SA:MP, but every single one.
