Did it work normally without the CLEO Mods? Then try re-installing CLEO (backup your mods if you prefer to keep them).

Did it also crash without CLEO? Try using the windows start button on your keyboard instead of alt+tab. My IRL friend has the same issue.

It works 100% with/without CLEO mods, when i had about 2-3 CLEO's it worked 100%, even if i alt tabbed, the game didn't crash. Now when i've some kind of wep spawner, it started to make me crash lol..

Then delete it.
Use the windows key if you wanna save it.
