FRAPS help needed!

I am having problems with fraps :( Im not sure what the numbers mean, but when i play SA it says 19-22 but when i record it drops to a solid 12 and the vid comes out REALLY crappy. But when i record CS:S or anything like that they come out fine. whats the problem? :(

That is really Strange but me too, when I Record sometimes it gets laggy and the movie comes out CRAP :(

It depends on our system specs, fraps saves much data fast in your hard drive and the numbers means FPS (frames per second).When you are recording something i recommend to put your graphics and resolution down to get better perfomance with fraps.
