Well my new plan for the gaming PC I'm getting for christmas is to buy this bundle: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/barebones/bb-i7268k.html

And then manually install an Nvidia GTX 560 Ti, Corsair Force 3 128GB SSD, 1TB SATA HDD, and an optical drive.

First of all, what do you think of this plan? Secondly, do you think I'll have any problems with compatibility etc with these components?

The bundle looks alright however, they are robbing you of a bit of extra money. You can buy each of those components from that bundle a little cheaper on their own even buying a nicer case. Just search their site for each of those parts in that bundle and add the prices up, though it does seem you have your heart set on that specific pre-built bundle.

Other than saving money, times are hard and Christmas is on it's way... I don't see there being any issues, there is certainly enough to power it all i say.

If you can afford it, go for it :)

You cannot really know the compatibility, as some Hardware components just hate each other, however, the majority of the time it's okay.
