1. Add tune shop that boats can access, admins are tired to tp our boats and back to sea. (boats dealer is good place btw, i mean the look of it)
2. Fix the crime, nomatter what reason u suspect for it says None.
3. Make tunes saveable, and i mean, comon - it shouldnt be that hard.
