My video card is a 512MB one but i can barely run at 30 fps, mostly 25.
You probably can get your game running, but it wont be playable.

Processor : Dual Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz

Yes, however frame rates would not be all that great at least i would not expect them to be.

Piracy is a myth.
When you download a game torrent, the uploader is basically giving his copy out, like he would do with friends.

Your PC is 5% better than mine, and i usually run IV:MP at 25fps but when all the laggers are out i sometimes hit 50.
I also have the ultimate lag fix and Visual IV, since they both improve framerates, imo, these are essential for a PC as crappy as mine (XD)
