Yes it was working for me very well
and yep i dont remember i delete somethings in MP, i just let everything like it was, without changing it
and now i have 4 times reinstalling it and installing patch,copying patch,xlive.dll
nothing happend

Graphic card drivers up to date ? Microsoft Visual C++ installed ? Did u change anything in you computer settings in those last 2 days ? Try to think what changes have u made in you whole computer not just in game or is there possibility that some files got corrupted somehow.

You can try with system restore too..

When i install the patch, he install directx with it, microsoft C++
and i didn't change anything my computer
if it was the problem from the graphic card, SP Wont work for me

Already patch it, i installed only patch 1.0.7.0 and i think that the only i should instal right ?

a DM server, and it was a miracle the server worked for me, but when i enter Argonath it dont work : /
