I got a problem...

Hello...I am posting this topic,because i have a problem that i dont know how to fix it...till we find i hope i will not get banned or smthing like that. All ways...as i am playing and do smthing illegal to be suspect...after some minutes the game close...(like i quit)...Have you smthing to suggest me?..But till i find what can i do to not get any ban for quit as suspect a lot of times? Magaiver is talking from V-strom profile.

Well we all crash, mostly from client related issues (IV:MP is still beta). If it's too frequent then it could be caused by your game or connection itself. Give some details and explain when, where and how ofter you are crashing.

My game crash when i am suspect...and i am trying to run away,if i got the police chasing me it plays,but if they loose me...the game crash.

Well its probably a coincidence when you crash as a suspect. Do you have any mods installed? This could also increase the chance of crashing.

We all get those crashes. Sometimes its repeated. Like, sometimes I crash when I die, or when I get suspected, or buy a weapon. Its just at random times, usually doesnt happen more than twice at a time. And you wouldn't get banned for something like that. :P

The client usually crashes when you're driving with a high speed, and of course you're running from police, so you're definitely driving with a high speed.

I didn't really understand the part about getting banned. Are you script abusing? Or you just like being a suspect and getting chased by cops? If so, you have to know that cophunting (Provoking cops to suspect you) is NOT allowed, othrtwise, you aren't doing anything illegal.

It may sound strange, but, if your name is too long, you will crash, frequently.

If I understood correct, you think you ll get banned cos admins going to think that you abuse /q instead of crashing. Don't mind if u re really not doing something bad, you ll be warned and when u get warned, u can tell your problem to the admin so he ll understand the situation and result.. No problem  :roll:

We know if a player crashes or disconnects, there is no worry of him being banned for crashing.

Hi,i am sorry,i didnt saw the post those days...
My in game name is Magaiver...no,i didnt provoke...but i found a nice car and i wanted to see how it's drift,didnt check if there was any officer..xD...So nice...as i will not be punished...that means the crashes are not my pc fault?

Crashes are fault of IV:MP.

Only using windows XP you may notice the death-crash -> when your character dies, game crashes ^^

Thats only with Service Pack 2 of XP,with SP3 i think that aint problem
