Reminder for workers: Please Drive a Duty Car.

Basicly, my concern is, I HATE seeing cops driving [State] cars FOR FUN! I know it would be too much to ask for cops to be forbiden to use any state cars, but could they get an /annoucement message on the screen every 30 seconds for 5 seconds, with BIG LETTERS saying:

Please Drive a Duty Car.

to annoy the cop and force him to drive a cop car and do the job! Or f**king leave the duty! If you dont want to do it!

This could also be used on all the other jobs that you take up. Medic, Taxi, you name it.

Today. If you go on to server, and check players online, lets say 12 players, 7 cops.. only 2 cops are actualy Patroling in right way.. with the same thing, I am very angry on FBIs, as many of them do NOTHING. atleast thats how the public (me) sees. So I would love to REMIND them that they are actualy ON DUTY!

There could be a command to increase the time between the next flood by 5 minutes for COPS ONLY. command would be:
 /pursuing
 or
 /I am in a f**king chase, dont disturb me!!!

This topic has already been discussed to death here, and it has already been decided by high management to not put this kind of restriction in place.

As for FBI doing nothing, are you aware of FBI's role? Much of our work is done outside the view of the public eye. Just because we dont respond to every report of a street racer or stop sign runner does not mean we do nothing, this is what LCPD is for.

98% of FBI's work is hidden from public, so It might look like we dont do anything but we are like ninjas, we see everything but nobody see us!
