I need to change my ISp how?

hello, i have a dynamic ip that doesnt change wtf lol, i tried every way possible but its still the same, i contact my provider and they tell me you shouldve asked for dynamic ip once we installed the thing for you, so its too late for me, they say the only way that ur ip might change is turn off ur router and dont connect to internet from 24 hours to week, and it might change, but i cant wait that long, so is there any way to change my ip?
