[Registration] White Shadows Enterprises

To the Court of Vice City,

The White Shadows (Official Clan) would like to register the White Shadows Enterprises (abbr. WSE) in the state of Vice City.

We wish that all content - exempt those that are of open source origin - to be protected, and not misused or reproduced without consent.

We accept that:

• All content displayed there has been created and is owned by their respective owners [logos, images, general design and text], exempt those that are open source, which in this case is almost wholly untouched.
• All businesses/companies/organisations are holdings of the WSE. Current listings are available on above topic, and we shall do all that we can to ensure this information is kept up to date. These assets are managed under the responsibility of White Shadows individuals.
• Certain parts of the WSE may have additional pages/topics, and these would have been created by a WS consented individual, in which case the same terms would apply as here.
• We, as a private (limited) parent company, do not expect any kind of state funding. Should any one of the holdings go under administration (as a result of financial troubles, liquidation), we reserve the right to and take the full responsibility in controlling the situation, and working towards a full solution.
• Should there be any change in ownership or management (of any part or parts of the WSE), that would be on mutual agreement with the WSE and new investor/owner/third-party.
• Each of the businesses/companies/organisations operating under the WSE mark are individually owned (on behalf of the whole clan) by specific members or a small group of members.
• Employees of the WSE may be non-White Shadows, and are paid individually, dependent on role directly from the company.
• The internal and external operations of the WSE are governed by the White Shadows, and we shall make every effort to check that all proceedings are fully within any relevant legislations.

The courthouse of the state of Vice grants all rights on the patent of the name ''White Shadows Enterprises, WSE'' to [WS]Legend for a period of 2 years, then it will have to go through court process once again to renew the contract.
