Chat problem

Hey guys, I joined IVMP yesterday, installed it fine, played it fine until about 15 minutes into playtime. I typed something into the main chat but it didn't show up, I tired some commands and they didn't work, but everyone talking still appeared. I also had LCPD:FR installed so monkey suggested to have two directories, one for IVMP and one for LCPD:FR, So I reinstalled it and did exactly that. but the problem is still here, its ruining my game play because I cant talk, do commands or RP. Any suggestions?

Are you sure it's not a connection issue in other words you are experiencing desync. It happens with me often within IV:MP then again i do have a terrible connection.

Well like I said, I can still see people speaking, even after I cant see myself speaking, if you know what I mean. I can also drive next to people and see them moving etc but I cant speak or use any commands after 15 mins ....

Does the chatting line appears when you press 'T'?

I expirienced something like this but with /pm ID few times.. Probably something is wrong indeed.

Some months ago , i have been seen this lag rarely , but know it appers atleast 1 / 2 times per day .

It must be some problem with sending data i guess. Try pressing F4 ingame and see if the game is sending chat packets.
