RS5 Update: Vehicle Tuning

At this point it will only work on cars you directly own.
Group vehicle control in regards to tuning is still to come.

Also took the liberty to remove the Christmas Tree at Pershing Square. Dont know who put it here... it's around 340 days left until Christmas. Someone must be excited for it!

Any thoughts regarding the license plates? Will there be added support for this in the future so players can change their own plates?

Or shall it remain unique to have your own license plate?

Awww come on.  Although I appreciate the fixes I'm kinda pissed that I wouldn't be able to add certain rims that were limited through the transfender systems. You weren't able to add rims like "cutter" and "shadow", through the normal Transfender only at Wheel's Arch Angels don't support the other cars.

You did not bring back the water! and why are there still Christmas (light)poles ?

Another problem with this feature is that it only supports colours from 0 - 126, this needs to be fixed.

Was just about to post this. I wanted to color my car bright green, 229, but this stopped me.
