Help again!!!! How to uninstall camhack?

As the title said. How do i uninstall Camhack? Beacuse i have did cmd thing ^^

I have Window 7 - 64 bit system

I got all help from this video to install it: How to install GTA:SA Cam-hack on Windows 7 (64 bit).
But i dont know how to unistall it now? ^^ help!!!
