I personaly think u should not su them for advertising.
Lets take selling drugs for example:
We(FBI) when we see ad like that, ask for a help from a trusty civ or a cop to go undercover and try to buy some from dealer, than in the middle of deal we move in and get him with his "goods"
If u sue them right from the start abuser cops will hunt him like dogs and kill
And i really would not like this server to turn to "Cops & Robbers"...

I explain again...
If there is on a national TV (that can see all citizens) is sitting a guy and telling he is a drug dealer and his number, be sure police will SUSPECT him...

If you do NOT want to be suspected - do not fucking advertise on all server...
Do like it do the drug dealers - find people that will buy it and without any fucking commercial...

Police cannot suspect without prove... Public advertising with your phone number, name - is right the reason for suspect... That does not mean they can kill you at once... But Suspect and arrest are different things...
What needs at Course? you admit or you deny... if deny - investigation... If admitted - guilty..

Why you need investigation, when he admitted himself that he is a drug dealer?

i remeber the times when sharphis(cop) would always call me and set up a fake deal and we would rp it, after he came to the meet he would buy a small amount of drugs and as soon as i would get back in my car i had 5-10 cops on me

I like it when Sharphis RP s cop he truly tries to be RL cop . AND ofcourse ron is right in rl you would be suspect , police would search your car, house check bank accounts etc ...the only problem is there are a lot of players who think someone is free GAME when he is suspected .

A great way to RP it is to hire a player in a civillian skin to go and buy some drugs, watch him sell it, then bust him for doing it. Easy

  Well one thing's for sure, by not suspecting people for advertising illegal things with out the proof,
        it creates a whole new avenue of Role Play possibility's.
