[MoD]YaZzEn , [AsS_T]Kittrell Rule-Breaking

Hello,
       I don't know where to report Rule-Breakers so I'm posting this here.
       Today, when I joined the server I saw [MoD]YaZzEn and [AsS_T]Kittrell were talking about Smuggling in public chat and then I started following them. But I crashed my car so I went to get Police Maverick so I can EMP them. But I was somewhat late to suspect them as I was going for Police Maverick and I forget it. But after when they smuggled they were going on a car at Vice point Jewellery shop, I was on Maverick and I landed the Maverick on Jewllery shop roof and they were standing in the jewellery shop. After, YaZzen told Kittrell to go to DT Jewellery shop and he thinks he is clever than me and he wrote " .msg 0 sold jewels? " (I'm not that senseless) and then I was 90 % sure that Yazzen has the jewels. But after Kittrell said that he hasn't the jewels lol and about Yazzen I think Kessu know about him, when more cops are online and he is wanted, he always type /c away and Alt+ Tab. He asked me 'how long will you follow me' and I replied 'until you die' and then he typed /c away 1 hour.(But at that time I was the only cop)



After that Kittrell popped my head off.



Yazzen was afk and they haven't sold the jewels yet, and I went there again. Kittrell was shooting me again and I suspected him and killed him.




Yazzen told first that he is away for 1 hour, but he returned in 12 mins and hasn't typed /c back. Kittrell and Yazeen started shooting me again. But Yazzen died.


But I also killed by my team mate.

After it.


Kittrell came in VCPD HQ and started shooting me after that Yazeen also helped him and they both were shooting me In VCPD HQ.





After it, Yazeen timed out and now only Kittrell was wanted. His health was low and he surrendered. We were standing at Starfish Island  with three people Me, Kittrell and his other team mate from the same clan, he was medic. Kittrell called medic after being healed he ran away as he was surrendered.



He started running by boat, I followed him with Maverick and when I came closer to him (I was going to EMP him) and he says ' lol, fail again brb 5 minutes.


I landed the heli on his boat and he drive again and I drowned.


Again after few minutes I was following him with Maverick and then again when I came closer to him, he says again ' brb, restroom' and I did the same thing that I did before he drived again and I drowned again. He haven't even said /c back. (Look at the chat)


After that I timed out.


I think this is enough evidence.

AFK While not wanted is alloed and .msg 0 sold jewels? is not against the rules, I had to go away from keyboard but i was just joking about 1 hour. It is not said that we have to type /c back after coming back. Also i didn't sell the jewels :P i died >.<. I only shot you because i saw my clan mate being attacked. once i killed you we two escaped and i timed out. Don't know what happen after it.
