Toto_Rino. scammed me today at 20.45   I give him 25 gramms heroin he gave its money. Later i gave 175 gramms heroin but he ran and exit game. I Need help admins.

But, the scammer /q'ed? which means this is not a roleplaying scam... It would be roleplaying if the scammer killed the dealer, and ran... Not quitting from the game, thats what cowards do.. Should be punishable if a person is scammed by a player that quits the game..

Scamming during an illegal deal is legal AFAIK.

Although you are not a veteran player you are not new enough to qualify for new player protection. On the upside him scamming you has exposed the fact that he has been banned before for cheating and never been unbanned, meaning Toto_Rino is currently ban evading.
