About scammed loans

Okay i dont know if it is allowed but;

Last month i won a lottery. total of 1,1M.
I loaned out $260000 to a man which appeared to be a known scammer.
I sued the man but no response anyhow.

Then i loaned out a small amount ($13000) to someone that got banned.

Is there a chance i can get the money refunded?

I got two screenshots showing the transfers.
and i already sued one. but no response from anyone.
