History:
The history of Rollin Heights gang start at the 70s at Jefferson, in that time a little town near of Los Santos, Jefferson was a ghetto with a lot of problems (poverty, drugs, prostitution, unemployment, racism and margination), this town had a old rivalry with the nearest town Ganton Grove town, in that time the already consolidated new neighborhood of LS Ganton, and last a new gang of ganton had attacked the hood with weapons Killing very boys of the hood, tireds of live in those hard condition some criminals, dealers and thugs of the hood decided joined, that was the case of LittleFox one of most important figures in the history of the RHB, LF was a kid of 12 years old to that two cops had killed his brother by the mere fact be a black in a wrong zone, those day LF received a kick in the stomach and had to be aid in the All Saints General Hospital of LS where he saw his big brother die, after of this LF remain single in the world all he had was a trailer in The Rollin Heights Trailer Park of Jefferson, then, LF started to traffic with drugs to can eat. But one day when he was walking in Las Colinas a group of guys stuck a beating to him and rob his drugs, after of this, LF one is forced to rob a Cigar shop to can pay his dudes, but he was arrested and he pass one year in a centre of minors, when he exit the things had changed a lot, the cityhall was building houses in the hood and Glen Park wasn´t a single park with a pile of explanades, and the new hood of east Los Santos could be seen at the east, and more members of the Front Yard gang of the old Idlewood tired of fight for the control of new Idlewood with the grove street gang was raised to live in the new hood of East Los Santos, all boys of Jefferson wanted to be of the Rolling Heights Gang, in that time was when LF join to the Rollin Heights gang.
80s: In this time the gang was one of more powerful and dangerous of Los Santos, but the hood continued being attacked by the Grove St gang and another gang of some place of the new hood of willofield, and this added to the bad relations with the Kilo Trays of Glen Park and the incapacity of Front Yard to help them due to the continuous attacks of Latin gang of the NorthEast Side, are very bad times but LF with others high rank of RH gang they were able to obtain the help of Kilo Trays and can help the Front Yard. The Rolling Height gang and Front Yard returned to be a powerful gangs.
1983: The hood was changed a lot the old trailer park already don´t exist and was very houses in it. LF had money, house and respect but something rounded his head the wish of revnge he knew one of cops are dead in one shoot´em up but he didn´t know nothin about the another. One day walked by Vinewood when he returned to
his house he see the cop exit of an strip club, LF tell his friend that stole a car and he takes care to leave it unconscious, they drive to someplace and stuck a beating the old cop, apparently he was rejoiced Lf said him Remember me Motherfucker???? Remember at least my Brotha??? The oldman cryed and requested for his life when two shoots sounded. The body never was found, in the hood all people know what happened but nobody said nothing, be better that don´t said nothing, the Rolling Height rulez in the hood. To LF this feat made him win very respect in the gang and he converted in one of the most important men in the gang, as much it´s thus thatin 1984 LF with the leaders of the Kilo Trays and the Front Yard create the Ballas gangs confederation and the gang start to call The Rollin Heights Ballas and start to wear purple to impose respect in the streets.
1987: Little Fox was arrested after a fight in Alhambra club and condemned to seven years for weapons possesion, drugs posesion with sell pupose and agression.
1991: During a riot in San Andreas State Prison LF is assassinated by an Skinhead and Pinin take the Leadership of The Rollin Heights Ballas.
