Hello folks,

I installed road textures for GTA IV, the problem is the road textures arent everywhere on street as you can see on the pictures.
Strange is the bug is only on first island 2nd and 3rd are fully modificated with the new Road Textures.
Singleplayer is the same problem only first island and 2nd and 3rd are modificated.

I already tried to solve it, with this Topic: http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=64210.msg948162#msg948162
But didnt solve it :|

AMD - ATI Radeon 5570 HD @ 512MB

All drivers are updated (did it yesterday)

Game

Installed mods: VisualIV, Road Textures (gtxd)

Tries to solve: Set graphic's higher or lower [didnt help], install other road textures (tried 3 textures) [evertime same bug], installed GTA IV new [didnt help]

Updates: Driver's [didnt help]

Maybe its VisualIV o.o ?

Either you corrupted the texture files with the new mod or the mod itself is faulty, I would assume.

Either a graphics re-textured mod you are running has become bugged,
Or there is a conflict in Graphics files in your game.

Oh, looks like I missed it. :D

Well, I guess that your VGA isn't really good for GTA IV, not really sure, I use a 240 GT and still have lag sometimes.

I had a similar problem with the winter mod, I didn`t find a fix then so I gave up. (I`m a bit of a surrendermonkey when it comes to unsuccessful modding)

Each part of the road uses separate road textures to create what you see. There are probably dozens upon dozens of them in GTA IV, but many get reused, hence why you may see visual issues with the original ones where lines don't match up, just like in other GTA games. Because of this, sometimes modders forget to replace some of the textures, and you are left with patchy roads like above. ;)
