While that would be pretty early, it could be possible. However the father in this case is either a 15-year old or a 30-year old.
Also note that the girl is from a tribe of people that live in a traditional way. She may be even for them young, but the tribe is known for having children at young age.

I'd guess 13 or 14 year old, 10 year old boy starting puberty I think is in extreme cases and  medically fascinating. Also lets say the guy was 15 in 10 years they would be 25 and 20, not so disgusting anymore, ey?
