Sharing property

The topic title pretty much says it all. It would give more abilities to the server, such as two buddies crashing together, making a roleplay hotel etc etc

This can already be roleplayed; adding the ability to share properties would give little more actual benefit than your friends being able to spawn at your property.

This idea would be worth considering for 2.0 when home storage is added, but I'm still not feeling the need to add it.

At one side, it's like abusing your friend to buy you a house and share it.
At the other side, it's like 50-50 partner-ship, one pays 50%, and so as the other one.

There's enough properties to set. Sharing system reminds me of rat race servers.

In 2.0 I think people will be able to give out "keys" to their properties; each key holder being allowed access to certain/all stored items.
This makes way for the current gang HQ system and is also great for good ol' sharing with your friends.
