Remote /wire'ing (Bank Representatives)

Since you can't wire money remotely, I thought it will be neat to have a little portable system going.
I'm not sure if this may or may not cost money (since your lazy ass was to... lazy to actually go to the bank and wire it himself).  This could also be used in role play terms where hired bank representatives (clerks in other words) will be available to do the transactions for the caller (or just buy his crew time to rob the bank). If none are online, the 'portable wiring system' will be returned to the automatic approach. The wiring system will remain the same, though.
The command to activate the system will probably be /c call bank or something similar to that.

Since this idea hasn't been replied to at all, I figured I'd at least drop in and say that in practice, this likely would not work since it places someone in a position to control another player's bank account.

Not to mention it would make things a lot easier for money cheaters.
