It happens everywhere to be honest(People born with extra Limbs, kidneys, etc) it's just that many go unreported and for various reasons, usually in fear that their family will be shunned.

I'm not discriminatory, racist, or anything similar... but when I read "6-legged", I remembered the spiders from Dead Frontier.

But in all seriousness, if the baby lives then the problem would be trying to attain a normal life, even if the extra limbs were the result of a genetic disease which would affect only one in a million or more babies.
